Resident Evil: Extinction

Just watched this, bit of a plot hole - if the human zombies were so strong (ripping off doors and windows) how come they didn't tear down the fence around the complex? Granted they couldn't get past into the underground sections. If the helipad was ontop of a smooth sided 100' tall concrete building then would make sense.

IIRC the zombies that were released from the container were 'super' zombies in the sense that they had ben made to be more violent by the doctor bloke (who I can't remember the name of - became the tyrant)

The ones outside were just 'normal' zombies.
