The biggest ass whopping you ever received?

Not a great deal really, I pick my battles wisely. ;)

The only thing I'd goad would be a supercar - most memorable was spitting flames at a Gallardo that was stuck behind me on the M6 whilst in traffic. I moved over to let him through, he gave me the thumbs up when side by side, then dropped a gear or two and nailed it. :D
 
VW beetle on the A449. He was already doing a lot more than he should have been and even though I was doing very naughty speeds (think going to prison naughty speeds) he just left me for dead.

Turns out he'd had a porsche 2.2 turbo conversion.
 
back in the days of old i used to have a zvh RS Turbo (running circa 260-280 bhp ) twas back in the days before wifey when i could afford such frivolities

remember picking on a cossie on the M8 sitting behind him dropped a gear and went for it he booted it as i pulled along side and left me for dead moral of the story, dont pick on 500 bhp cossies
 
Not a particularly powerful car my MG but, literally leaving box hill onto the first roundabout you come to, saw 'Dave and Gav' lookalikies capped and trainered giving it some round the roundabout in their Nova sporting what appeared to be a baked bean tin.

Decided to give a little chase, again not a very powerful car but should manage an old looking non-sporty looking Nova.

How wrong was I, the Nova wiggled and wobbled and wraggled off into the distance with a horrificly loud noise.

No one ever really "plays" over here, and if they do, they're really crap at it. For instance, back when I was driving the Jazz, I was doing 70mph before he passed me as he'd spent the last 2 minutes spinning his wheels on take off :\

So I've never really got WTF left for dead...
 
I was making progress overtaking cars on an A road, had just overtaken a few cars and pulled in (but still full throttle) then this large Lancia saloon with 4 exhausts flew past me! God knows what it was but it didnt even seem like the driver was trying.

Only thing that really battered me in my Impreza was an NSX.

I thought it was an MR2 for some reason so I booted it once on the dual carriageway and it just trounced me. :)

Best humbling moment (of the other car) was when I had a GTIR. Porsche 911 (one of the air cooled jobs) got the drop on me and haired past so I dropped a cog and followed. Uphill stuck to the ass, didn't change to 5th until well into 3 figures. :)
 
In the scoob, nothing - but I don't usually play. In the old Mazda 323ZXi, the Signum 3.2 was pretty embarrassing (although pretty obvious too); but the old Sapphire Cosworth was worth it just to see the speed he set off at.

Got whooped by a Civic the other day, don't know what was in it - I thought it was a normal 1.6 with a farty exhause, but it steamed off when I tried to overtake....quite humiliating!
 
When I had a Civic VTi EG6 I got whopped by a Ferrari 360, no suprise really. Got beat off the line by a few 4wd cars too. None others I can remember really standing out much.
