Yeah, it is getting a tad silly, my Addons folder contains 223 addons, about only 30 of these are in use, I wonder how many of that 30 i'd actually miss?
 
after half a day i got all my addons working :p and i did the new instance on normal. was quite easy gonna try heroic today.


dont spose anyone did the new raid?

also the new dailys are so easy :P
 
Well the new island is horde hell!

My server is clearly horde over Alliance. It was crazy! trying to do a new daily was crap.

And the new 5man -
**** easy. 1warror 1rogue 2 mages 1 druid healer. easy 30-45 mins tops tbh. Looking forward to heroic, that isn't ment to be to hard too.

Last boss is easy as long as you stay away from the orbs.

I'm liking the shaman changes so far, especially now that ghost wolf is an instant cast if you put 2 points into it from enhancement, going to be a life saver.

I was planning to go resto with earth shield, can anyone tell me if they think the changes are an improvement? half the mana is nice but lightening shield annoys me as it constantly needs to be renewed, so the drop in charges might make me go enhancement instead.
 
I don't think the new instance is very easy as far as normal instances go. I did a quick run of it last night with some guild mates, but we're all full epic and just started MH on Wednesday after killing Kael for the first time on Tuesday (oh the timing!). Everyone else found it ok, but as a healer there's a lot of aoe damage which is a bit of a pain. We tried heroic after the run, but the tank had already killed the first boss earlier in the day and the instance was bugged so we couldn't get through the door after him :(. To be honest, the groups didn't seem much harder on heroic than normal, it's just those stupid glaives that always come at the wrong time :p.
 
I found normal Magister's Terrace kind of challenging in some parts as a healer as well, was wondering if it was just me though. I've healed heroics and SSC/TK without too many issues but I don't know, seemed to get a lot of burst damage across the entire party in this new instance /shrug

Might just be that it's new I guess and I don't expect what's coming, haven't tried Heroic yet. For example the last boss, everything going fine, tank tank tank then suddenly everybody seemed to drop like 50% of their HP lol and we knew what to avoid and so on, but there didn't seem to be a reason for it that I could see. I was lucky being a Priest I guess with a hot and CoH, but it did give me a bit of a start, I had a 'come on you can heal this it's just a 5-man, you're an Epic healer ffs' thought to myself but I'd be lying if I didn't find it strangely challenging at some points! :p
 
I healed MGT normal as resto durid, in half my resto gear the rest kitty gear as I cba when Outfitter bugged out on me.
I agree with the caster comment.

We wiped 3 times in all, one of which was a run-in pull.
Not that taxing tbh.
 
I miss playing WoW :(

From what I see Blizz are making ferals even more pointless. Oh well. Maybe by the time I next sit down and play they might decide to make us worth doing arena with.
Yes I've seen Chrille's work. But no one wants a feral anymore :( /whinge.

Resto for pvp, without earth shield your just free honor/arena points. If my memory serve me correct ghost wolf at one time was instant cast and always was with natures swiftness. Most of the shaman changes benefit resto more than the other 2 trees.
 
Kael is really a easy one, the healer just puts rejuve on all people before the orbs. Then all to the back, pull the orbs back wards while this the mages/locks ect attack from distance.

Then everyone swims over the orbs and the rogues/tank attack him - BUT never touch the floor, then when hes weakened everyone attacks and healer mana's up and heals. then its bout 2 but if you have enough power you should kill him by then.

a mage or 2 are highly recommended in this instance. same as a rogue for sap.

We did it straight through easily with 2mages a rogue me a tank warrior and a druid healer.
 
Give it half hour and its all go :)

Just gunna hate the whole thing of updating my addons, - i got a full custom UI so will take ages about 150addons...
If you use Curse, get their client. Does it all really easily.

150 though..I have a fully customised UI and have less then 20.
 
I've got long got into playing...

So tempted to be a Tauren warrior because warriors are absolute monsters at lvl70, but I just find them quite boring to play at first, i'm not sure if it gets better as you get higher?

Mainly just play my shadow priest (only lvl 21 though)
 
Tanking is what they are all about in my opinion.

Tanking is great fun and your never struggle to get into a instance. I can log on and get about 5 requests with 20mins to tank heroics..
