Hey guys,
Possibly more suited to the photography forum, but i'm guessing it'll get more interest here
On a more motors related note, i'm actually really enjoying the drive! It's a bmw 320D MSport in Le Mans blue, which on this revision makes 175bhp and aint half bad for a 4 pot diesel!
The sports seats and wheel are sublime, as is the build quality. Really well put together, everything is easy to get to and things like the bluetooth phone prep works fantastically at any speeds due to the sound dampening.
Hit the backroads and the handling is spot on, even if the wheel doesnt give you as much feedback as perhaps you'd expect (not as good as the e46 in that respect anyway), but it certainl does go where you point it, or with DTC off, where your foot points it
Certainly isnt scared of getting the rear out, but is completely progressive when it does.
All in all, it's the most complete car i've driven to date assuming the 3l petrol version does everything this does but adds the revviness and the bit of speed this is lacking! Going to test drive one at some point soon and see how quickly i could adjust my finances towards getting one in the next year or two :x
I've driven a lot of reasonably quick/desirable cars, and this is the first car ive got out of (despite it not being that quick) and thought yea, i want one, bar the elise 111R but that was more my heart saying it than both head and heart
Tom.
