How can X48 exist if X38 doesn't, seeing as how X48 is speed-binned X38?

It's very unlikely he's going to offer me a board. More likely he's getting an injunction to keep me from posting in his threads;)

At the minute its still running the X38 chip, so it's probably worth the wait and wait for photos of the X48, or people will get confused :D, unless its identical, in that case its less confusing but less exciting.
