Epson Compatible Cartridges

Hi

I have an Epson R285 manufactured after April 2007 and am looking for compatible ink cartridges for it.

There are a lot of options out there on various auction sites etc. but was wondering if people could give me opinions on the 'best' compatibles out there? Or the ones to avoid!

have you looked into CISS systems? (CONTINUOUS INK SYSTEM)

ebay CISS, i have just bought one for my Epson R300, not tried it yet, waiting for my current ink carts to finish, but these defo seems like the future, save ££ aswell.

I don't get through much ink... Maybe a set of cartridges every 6 months so don't think a continuous ink system would be the best option.

I've used many different brands of Epson compatibles in the past and never had any problems. They all seem to be of the same quality.

You will need to do a few head cleans though when first installed to get the quality.
