does any one own one? can it cut through antec 900 steel?
Yes, and yes
Makes aluminium look like butter, need a little more patience with steel, but it makes a fairly easy job of cutting it.
If it's a larger cut, a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade would be even easier.
huh i thought aluminium was harder scince it used in more expensive cases =/
btw do u know if the kit set that comes with it has something to cut steel? as my friend has a rotary tool and his set is sanding stufff=/
The kit that came with mine had about 30 disks for cutting metals. Not sure what come's as standard to be honest.

You can pick up a cheapie Dremel in the laminated book of dreams for cheaper then a proper dremel. Works fine for me though to get the best out of it for cutting you should buy the proper dremel cuttings discs and disc holder.
Are proper dremels more resistant to idots that don't let them cool down properly? You can pick up a cheapie Dremel in the laminated book of dreams for cheaper then a proper dremel.
