Coffee - any Coffee Lovers in here?

I'll drink just about any flavour of coffee, and i'm quite fond of iced coffee drinks too.

I expect a beating for this but the best coffee "drink" i've had is the Iced Double Mocha Macchiato from Starbucks. So refreshing, and ultra-yummy. :D

Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! :p

Not the drink itself... Starbucks?!?!

Sacred Coffee

You can't beat sacred coffee - carnaby street (near oxford street) and with a little hut near Gower Street (by waterstones). http://www.sacredcafe.co.uk/ They make the best coffee in london - serious effort goes into not burning the beans - the right amount of milk at the right temperature - adding chocolate before milk - asking if you want sugar before adding milk - even the marble effect on the top of the coffee is carefully added. Their teas are also absolutly amazing - with no bags. Staff are all from NZ - incredibly friendly - try it

That place looks really nice!

I have to admit - I nipped into Tesco and bought the Tesco Value "Everyday" Fresh Coffee (I had just had a refund, bizarrely for finding a safety pin in my wheatabix!) and thought I would try it - it was only 79P and I thought I can't lose, if it is horrible I just bin it, just some pocket change!

I have to say it is...alright - says its a 3 on scale of 1-5 (5 being strongest) and I would put it at a four. it is very bitter but can have a bit of a nasty aftertaste if you use hardly any milk. Doesn't smell as good as other coffee. Put in a good 1/3rd of a mug of milk to 2/3rds coffee and it is really nice, really nice crema on top too.

Not the best! but alright for a quick mug of joe in the morning.

I know you coffee afficiandos will be calling me a heathen for it :p - but you gotta try them all! Just because it is not super expensive doesn't mean it can't be nice!

Cool. Will have to give them a go next time I'm that way.

Music selection sound good too. Nothing like a bit of the Crowdies

Just been having a look at Hasbean to purchase some coffee, but TBH I have no idea what to look for! Can anyone recommend some that they have tried? I prefer my coffee medium-strong, and generally not too bitter tasting.

Just want to purchase it ground for a Cafetiere.
