Pro Evo 360/PS3

Ok, I play abit of pro evo now and again 2 player with my bro, or cousins, and for awhile now its been pro evo 6 on the xbox 360. I just picked up pro evo 2008 today for the ps3 and the graphics don't look as good for some reason, and the game doesn't seem to run as smooth. The replays are a joke, looks like about 10fps. Is this normal?

Fifa 08 is much, much better than it. Take it back and get that.

I agree FIFA08 kicks its ass. The only decent version of PES08 is on Wii I'm afraid.

Maybe it is better, but I've been playing pro evo since about pro evo 3 and most the people I know have pro evo and its only something I got for 2 player, I can never sit and play a footy game by myself.

Thats the reason why I got it for the ps3 rather then the 360, most my mates/cousins have a ps3, and when they play the 360 version here its always the control pads fault

Can't understand how the newer version of pro evo runs worse then the older 360 version, just found that bizarre.

I'd been playing Pro Evo even longer and this year it fell leagues behind Fifa 08. Everyone I know was the same too, they all own Fifa 08 now and play it all the time.

pes 4 was immense, pes 5 and 6 on the lower platforms were passable

now PES is a joke

I've gone back to fifa 08, as have a lot of people

Oh and forget about playing online on the new pes 08, its borked

There's an option in the menu to do an install to the hard drive. It may improve things a bit

according to lovefilm it's awaiting allocation, didn't know the release date so just assumed they were sending it, hope they arn't waiting till the 11th, or I'll have no game
