Now and again in the pub that I work we have random famous people come in. Its located in quite an affluent area (full of posh snobs :/)

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of serving Billie Piper, and tonight spent a few hours serving Chris Evans and his group of friends

Anyone else?

I met some guy from Holby City once. Don't have a clue who he was but I got dragged up with my friend for his autograph

See arctic monkeys, reverend and the makers, milburn (sheffield bands) out pretty much every weekend.

Thats about it on a reguarly basis.

Met loads of famous people at gigs though. The funniest being tubes from soccer am!

Jennifer Ellison nearly run me over in her merc whilst talking on her mobile phone a few years ago, one tyre screech and a brief altercation later and we both went about our day :(

Kieron Dyer did that to me in his over-sized 4x4 in Newcastle. It was less of an altercation and more of a torrent of abuse (he went straight through a red light ) - he tried to hide behind his dashboard which, admittedly, wasn't difficult.

I've seen Jonny Wilkinson a few times, and walked into one of his "companions" as I was grinning insanely and not watching where I was going :D

Also got caughty by James Milner cos I was staring at his woman's norks in town during lunch. That was pretty funny (according to the my friend). Worst thing was the fact I saw them again on the way to the train and I did it again :D

Actually, I've seen loads of sportsmen around Newcastle. Those are the only three where there's been an element of interraction.......apart from getting Tony Underwood's autograph many years ago.

Did you flip her the bird?

I've only met Ian Gough the Welsh rugby player, he went to my school.

Met Peter Key after he played a surprise role in a play we went to see.

As he wasn't supposed to be there only 4 or 5 ppl were at the stage door to greet him.
He was a relly nice down to earth fella, it made my little sis's night/week :)

Andy

Met Alf Roberts from Home and Away (does'nt count really) and The Wurzels when a child - actually that does'nt count either.

I've spoken to Arthur Lowe, Dad's Army, Voice of the Mr Men.

Also met Spike Milligan in Tunbridge Wells and saw Richard E Grant in Harrods a few years back.

We went on a family holiday to Malta in around 1977 or 1978. The Manchester United squad were all staying at the same apartment complex as us and we saw them around the pool a lot of the time. About the only thing I can remember was that one of the team (I can't remember which one) had a plaster cast on his leg.

Apart from that, I walked past Steve Davis in a shop in Edinburgh in the eighties and I sat next to Craig Charles in a pub back home in Shetland and didn't realise until he was surrounded by "fans" (he looked really ****ed off - I think he was hoping just to have a quiet pint).

I have met Al Murray (after one of his live shows) and almost walked in to him in newcastle one day...

I also met Bobby George (at a darts exhibition)

I have photo's of both... just call me avid merrion
