Turned the pc on and somehow managed to turn it off again mid boot! :p When I turned it back on again, it complained about the o/c and reverted back to default.

For the life of me I can't find my notes on what settings I had but I have got it back to the clock speed I had it at but I am unsure of the cpu vcore.

I have set it at 1.45 and seems stable so far. Temps are steady at 41C Air only.

Is this a good vcore or should I raise/lower it?

I have a C2Duo E6400 @ 3.2Ghz on an Asus P5b Deluxe.

*quick edit* Also what PCIExpress setting should I use...currently on Auto!

Cheers

try lowering vcore one notch at a time to find sweet spot.
You are under its spec of 0.85 - 1.50V so no probs there, just lower it as this saves heat and power.
Leave Your PCIE on auto or fix it to 100mhz ...Enjoy
