Anyone have any other recommendations or this ok? Particularly regarding MB/RAM/CPU as I'd like to see a mild overclock. I also want the PC to be quiet. Thanks

Just a suggestion but I'd consider a smaller HD for your OS and apps then a bigger one for storage like the 750gb you've posted, less clutter! Oh and you havent listed a CPU, whats the purpose of this PC other than sounding really good from what I can see with those peripherals :p

I was thinking of getting 750GB as that will soon fill up full of game and apps and gettiong another HD later.

Mainly gaming.

Why are you buying an expensive 7.1 sound card then attaching a 2.1 speaker system??

Because Azuznetech is suppose to be the best gaming soundcard out for sound quality? I don't want the hassle of 7.1 and speakers all over the place. I'd sooner just have a decent 2.1 system.

For those wondering why you have a 7.1 sound card and 2.1 speakers, well there's no point having a brilliant set of speakers without a good soundcard to do it justice. And just because you have a 7.1 sound card doesn't mean you need 7.1 speakers, most people settle for 5.1 anyways. As for the monitor choice, you could go for the BenQ FP241W which is over £100 cheaper and still provides very good quality.
