Too much of anything is bad for you! everything in moderation. I doubt its bad for you for just one day, but if you had 6 eggs everyday of the week I expect you'd have some kind of discomfort after a while.
People will have mixed views on this about cholesterol (sp?), but i eat around 15 -18 eggs a week. My ex-missus' mom used to put 18 eggs in to scramble for the salmon and eggs, for just 4 of us lol.
Well I'm going through at least 6 a week. Normally using the yolks only (in things like Carbonara)... was looking forward to that tonight. Oh well, never mind then.
I saw a study recently (ok a year or two ago) which stated that significant arterial wall changes do NOT occur by eating too many egg yolks. So it's probably ok - though as said above eat everything in moderation.
Eating loads of egg whites is more than likely fine.
