Recommend me some cooler!

Looking for a new CPU cooler for my e6700 (socket 775) on a EVGA 680i motherboard.

Also looking for a new northbridge cooler as I don't like the fan on the motherboard, want it as quiet and cool as possible.

Any recommendations would be great!

What's burn in time? This will be the first time I will change the CPU fans,

when you first apply arctic silver the temps will be 4 degrees higher until the paste burns in like a break in for an engine

agreed. bit iffy if you're a complete noobin to put in the first time, 2nd time its a doddle. Cool, quiet and efficient. And less than 20 quid
