Spec me a Space sim

Judging by that list of completed games, I dont think Eve Online would be the type of first person space sim he's looking for. Oolite looks fun, especially if youve never played the daddy of them all, even though he's looking a bit knackered now.

I think you can get it from steam. Go check out the egosoft website for patches.
A certain high-street game store has X3 (the 2.0 version) retailing at £10, part of the 2 for £15 range.
