As you may of been aware I was in the process of picking up a 330D sport, Bidded on the vehicle that was luckily a couple miles from my house.

Auction ended Last Sunday.

Went to collect Vehicle Wednesday 9th April, Upon arrival at the sellers house I had a look at the car with a colleague of mine from work, and the first thing I noticed was a very big scratch on the rear drivers side passenger door, along with a dent to the front wing with scratch and scratches to the sills etc. The seller described the car as pristine, now one can expect stone chips even on a car described as pristine but not really all these other marks that were not mentioned. In the end The deal was cancelled, he got his fees back from ebay and we were both happy.

After that fiasco, I got in contact with a person in glasgow who had advertised a S2000 on pistonheads, now I never went for this first of all because of the BMW, but that went booby up, so I Present to you my new Car That I just did a round trip of 775miles to get. ( Bristol to Glasgow and back )

it's a 99 S2000 with 67k on the clock, no rips on the roof on the corners were they usually catch.

Lovely motor :D, glad I now have this over the BMW considering the fun that can be had with the S2000

That is a good mileage for the age, but not too little to mean that it hasnt been used.

Well done for that, is my 2nd choice of sports car after TVRs.

Similar cars then, 330d and S2000?:p:confused:

lol

I bought that 330D off the off chance (snipe bid on ebay ) didnt expect to win for the price I won it for and the rest is history, I have been looking at S2000's for the last couple of mths. The prices seemed to start to go up since then Summer approaching??

I'm sooo jealous, i've always wanted one of those. I'd probably crash it though because i'd spend too much time looking at the digital rev counter!

£8000 Cash

car has a 5 digit Private Plate included, aswell as full Honda Service History, last service in january included brake discs all around and pads, the bill was just over 1k lol.

The couple I picked the car up from were very nice and genuine, unlike BMW fool.

off to bed, left at 3:40am this morning got back at 5:50pm.

not a bad price at all.

Any idea if the bushes are ok? if so, get them copper greased, if not, get down to CG and find out what needs doing.
