I really want one, but it would never work with a 3 sim. I have been looking at this "Turbo Sim" but I don't think that would do it either.

Once I load ScummVM do you just then copy over your original game cd/disks onto the iPhone?

Which version of the ScummVM games are supported on the iPhone?

So before I click 'buy', the 02 £25 simplicity sim with unlimted net bolt on will bring me much internetz joy in my pocket for nothing? (apart from the £25 that is)?

Best to put them on var/Mobile/Media so you have more storage space.

Think they are all working alright so far. I've only played Monkey island mind.

The games themselves, can they be from any format? I.e. Amiga or PC for example?

If you have Leopard or Tiger (think it works on tiger) then try Handbrake and mac the ripper. I used them for my Ipod Touch and the image quality was awesome, you can also create a custom profile in handbrake so you don't have to keep entering the details etc.

How good is the IPhone on the orange network? I really am interested to see if it has any problems using the EDGE stuff for online despite the fact its orange. Also will the Jailbreak stuff work on US versions of the phone? I will be heading over there soon and may wanna try and pick one up for cheaper!

Just been and bought mine from the o2 shop!

No signing my life away and no credit checks. Card in machine, enter pin, take home the phone.

Awesome. They have some on display for you to try, I fell in love the second I seen it and started using it.

Was the first time I'd ever seen/used an iPhone, or touch for that matter, in the flesh.

Not sure about the Orange network (not on it my self)but your phone will be fine from what I have read of other people on Orange, Tmobile etc. All the features of the phone will work except Visual Voicemail and it will work on EDGE. Just depends how good Oranges Edge network is really....

Also you can use the Jailbreak software on a US phone np, I Jailbroke my Touch and thats US so see no problems at all. If you go to an O2 shop they will have one you can play with before you buy
