I have both consoles but will buy it for PS3 because the controller is better and the PS3 is more powerful than the 360, even though the games are so-say 'Indentical'. Also the 360 is far too loud to play a game for long periods of time. Also because the 360 is UNRELIABLE. Dont trust that SOB console.

I made the mistake of raising some comments about the 360/PS3 controllers in the official thread, at the end of the day it's really a subjective view and totally not worth arguing about. The fact of the matter is, there are people who like and actually find one pad more usable and comfortable over the other, and who are we to oppose or try to put forward our own views on them.

Of course, and I completely agree. I was just interested to see if there was something in particular that he/she preferred.
 
360 all the way for me. I own both but I much prefer Live's service and additional content swayed it for me.
 
When I first got my 360 I struggled with the pad, thought it wasnt as comfortable as the PS2 pad I had been used too, but after a while I got used to the pad and can now appreciate the differences between the pads. The 360 analogue sticks are the definate winners for me.

For me it's the triggers and position of the left stick.

I had come from gaming on a PC for about 5 years though so wasn't used to any controller in particular.
 
I never knew that only the PS3 version would have split screen online. This is a big advantage and probably shows that the game is more optimised for the PS3 than the 360.

I'm going for the PS3 version, mainly because I don't own a 360 so I have to.

I would probably go for the PS3 version anyway as I really dont like paying for extras i.e. the extra content, Live etc and the load times stuttering etc will be better on the PS3 (due to what I have read anyway, most of which is propaganda:p)

I really dont get this controller arguement. They're both about equal if you ask me. The stick on the 360 is better placed for some games, but it is very poor for fighting games, whereas the PS3 pad is just pretty good for everygame. Although I'm not denying that the 360 pad is more ergonomic, I don't think that the PS3 pad isn't ergonomic.
