The meet the Pyro vid will be interesting...

The aim of the Meet the heavy was to demonstraite the facial animations in TF2, and then the rest were to create personas of the characters...

The Pyro is kinda useless for all of these...

I agree the aim was british, and that its kinda missed.

I like the suggestion on another forum that he is Swiss.... Kinda fits.

He does sound French to me - listen to this clip.

The sniper is Australian, crikey and g'day should give that away.

The Queen is the Australian Head of State so that is why he says it. They voted to keep her as head of state not long ago. Quite clearly Australian.

I always thought the spy was French but agree that English would be a better fit. I reckon the pyro will be a girl

Spy is 99% French (listen to spy_jeers06.wav from m0r94n's link) but I think the voice actor had a bad day on the few of the expressions; spy_needdispenser01.wav sounds Italian (spy_thanks01.wav is Italian), spy_specialcompleted-assistedkill02.wav sounds spanish and spy_taunts07.wav & spy_taunts08.wav sound yank.

Sniper uses a lot of Aussie phraseology but the voice actor uses a cockney pirate accent :confused:

Has this been confirmed? I saw Gabe allude to it in some interview or other but didn't think it was 100% gonna happen. It will be awesome if it does.

hmmm i also like the whole meet the "scout", "heavy" etc but it seems to take them a really long time to do it.
