1-1 isn't the worst result in the world, we're still in it and if United can beat Chelsea on Saturday that'll do us a lot of favours. Had Cech not managed to get up so fast and make a terrific save at the end there this tie would be over, but that's football I suppose.

Thought Alonso was excellent again tonight, didn't put a foot wrong and should deservedly get the MotM award.

Liverpool didn't deserve that, Chelsea were completely inept in all areas of the pitch. It was as if the Chelsea players were having a competition 'who can get the ball up to Drogba the quickest'. Not that I'm complaining that Chelsea equalised, but from what I seen today, Liverpool will outplay them again at Stamford Bridge.

I hope we play this Chelsea on Saturday, bye bye home record if we do.

I dont think it's over. Liverpool can go there and score without a problem. However if Drogba pulls his act together, he could tear Liverpool a new one down at The Bridge next week.
