Just reading that Burnout Paradise is to get motorbikes, night time effects and new game modes this August....A very worthy update to the game, should be cool

Not gonna happen. There is an update due tomorrow , and Criterion already have the next 3 (maybe free) DLCs planned.

The Bogart patch has been recalled for the 360 has been put back till Friday due to it causing serious frame rate issues.....PS3 patch is still due tomorrow though

will the riders obviously not come off the bike? because one thing in burnout is that there is no1 driving etc except for the f1 car which is basically a head

People (Daily Mail) will probably start kicking up a stink about extreme crashes and stuff. I am curious though about how they are going to do it.

During the slow-mo crash scenes I believe it just shows the bike, with no rider.

Isn't there a game on PSN called "I think" Pain? Where you catapult a guy?

I don't see whats bad about seeing the consequences of a bike crash. Like in Saints Row your character can eject through the front window when you crash a car.

It's awesome.

But well the is a nanny world we live in.

I might not be a fan of the new Burnout, but you have to admit the updates are awesome.

Might mean I keep the game now, was addicted when it first came out but now I need some more challenges - I hope it isn't too little too late to re-ignite my enthusiasm for the game.

Does look good though. I can't believe it being an EA game that these updates will all be free.

Ooo cool, should be fun and the new online challenges might get me motivated again from whats been a bit of a grind lately ideally id like to put Paradise aside and get those last 2 stuntruns Im struggling with done and dusted before GTA. :>
