Hey!

Managed to pick up a PSP for the measly price of £50 off of a friends dad, after thinking of getting one for a while!

Now I want to get Patapon, LocoRoco and Puzzle Quest but what other games do you OCUKers recommend?

I have spent the morning at work perusing IGN reading reviews but you guys always come up with the goods on what is best!

Thanks in advance!

Rich

mgs portable ops?

good to get you int the mood for mgs4

both the gta games are decent

lumines is a great puzzler - and can be had cheap now

i quite like splinter cell essentials but it has mixed views

*Googles Lumines*

Didn't think about the MGS games on the PSP! that will be getting me in the mood for MGS4!

I am hoping to get a PS3 soon, as I get a new phone contract with a free PS3 (But will have to put up with my dad rubbing it in my face that he has a PS3 already!)

Jeanne D'arc, a lovely game, slightly hard to source, but very, very good. Silly SCEA decided not to release outside US/Japan, but this is the reason why PSPs' are (game) region free. :D

Wipeout Pure and Wipeout Pulse are both excellent. Try also Daxter, GTA Liberty City Stories and GTA Vice City Stories.

btw the metal gear acid games are more like turn based card battles from what i hear but portable ops plays like the normal ones :)

disgaea afternoon of darkness is a decent turn based rpg.

burnout legends
tales of eternia
brave story
crisis core
kill zone liberation
valkyrie profile lenneth

are all decent games as well :)

Anyone got the PSP silent hill game, if so any good? Don't use the DS for anything other than an alarm clock these days.

I loved it ! I am a big Silent Hill fan and it didn't disappoint one bit.

Also check out Tekken: Dark Resurrection and the GTA games

Silent Hill Origins :)

Play it with headphones though, the PSP is surprisingly good in stereo output!
