Moving out costs...? I forgot lol

OK, so been living in a place where all my bills were included in the rent, am looking to move out and making sure I get my budget right, but I always forget stuff, here's what I've got so far;

Rent
Council Tax
Water Rates
Electricity
Gas
Broadband

What have I forgotten?

TV licence
Contents insurance, though presume you have something for your possessions already so may not be an extra cost.
Phone line (assuming ADSL broadband)

I was thinking of insurance, but my brain was avoiding it, thanks for the TV licence

TV license, BT Line Rental and home insurance (depends if you are getting a mortgage).

Yep renting for the moment so maintenance and house stuff will be covered

You'd be amazed how much a local plumber would charge for a breakdown callout

If you're renting will there be an extra service charge too?

I have a list which I update everytime I see a similar thread, on what the repeatable bills would be if I were to move out, based on the average prices which people put down in the thread:
Monthly expenses:
Rent / Mortgage - £1,000
Council Tax - £140
Water - £25
Electric - £50
Gas - £35
House insurance - £23
Food - £220
Land line - £20
Pension - £50
Petrol - £50
Broadband - £18

Yearly expenses:
Car Insurance - £800
Car Tax - £140
Car MOT / Service - ?

Until your boiler actually breaks down... It's not cheap you know, depends if you want to take the chance.
