2008 Spanish GP - Race 4/18

Yep 2nd to 4th is the only real racing battle it seems - only 2 secs between each car...

Ive already decided my racer of the day :D

Has Coulthard ever finished last in a race? Might be a wierd first for him...

Cant see the top 4 changing...

That new chicane doesn't help. The car in front can get the power down earlier and to me it looks like they're able to get a bigger gap onto the main straight than there used to be when it was two fast corners.

GG Kimi!!!

So guys - Driver of the Day?

Mine has to be Button - awesome result for Honda even though its mainly due to cars dropping out - Honda are really turning it around...

It's the same every year this track always has one of the dullest races in a season.

If the FIA & Bernie were really interested in the Racing they would dump this track from the calendar but they're more interested in corporate hospitality facilities for schmoozing the sponsors in thats why they seem intent on getting Silverstone off the calendar.

Driver of the day... Button. Great result. Well done Kimi, another good drive. Did enough to win and no more. Hamilton made the most of a poor quali. Hope Kovi is ok but would be interesting to see Paffett in a race (or de la Rosa again).

Will be De La Rosa, Paffett gets forgotten...

Another rivetting race...

Good to see that mclaren aren't as far behind as they could've been, and that BMW are still up there as well,

Glad Heikki seems ok, that looked nasty

Glad for Alonso as well :D :p

Roll on 2009 regs though and hopefully they will make the races a tad more interesting...

Well, at least that's Catalunya out of the way for another year... Sheesh. :( It might be a fab test track, but for F1 racing it never fails to blow big time.

Glad Kimi won, but tbh it was hard to get that excited.

I hate that stupid ******* robot.

It's sad that a small 1.5 second margin can't be turned into a on-track battle. I hope next year sorts that out.

Nice to see Hammy on the podium though.
