A few years back a new rule was introduced that clubs can only change home shirts every 2 years to stop clubs taking the OI no swearing - Gilly(away shirts can still be changed every year). To get around this clubs are having 3rd shirts or in Liverpool's case we've had European shirts. It is just another way of getting fans to pay £50 per shirt to make up for the loss of that 1 shirt every 2 years.
 
That's this seasons euro shirt, we'll be wearing it on Wednesday. I'd imagine the green shirt above will be our euro shirt for next year.

It's very much a rip off when you consider the team will only wear the shirt 6 times a season, at the most.

I wouldn't mind Utd bringing out another European kit, the 98/99 shirt was brilliant and not only because of the memories attached to it.

Interesting that neither Lampard or Terry are in the Chelsea kit picture, probably modelling the new Inter shirt at the time. :p

I don't mind simple kits but when Adidas give us almost the same design as Chelsea for the 2nd home kit running it's a bit annoying.
