Because the Chelsea fans and manager might be able to win with a degree of dignity

Yep. Aurelio can't stay fit and Finnan is finished and the other 2 just aren't good enough. Not sure about Barry as a lb though. He's not played there much recently and when he did, i can't recall him being that good there either.

Seems to be a real shortage around in really good high quality left+right backs. Not really sure who I would like to see bought for those positions.

I do know that I would really really love us to sign David Villa, I think he is a bargain at 16million, and would do very well in the english game. Sadly I dont think we've even shown an interest in him.

Always going to be difficult after the last minute hiccup at home.

it's a bad thing to say to drogba really, the guys a nonce but he has a huge ego, step on it a bit and he'll fight to get one over on you. seem to remember something similar happening with henry once, a guy slagged him off before the match and was made to look a right ****.
