Well, i was hoping to get my final weeks pay today, but i think i received it last week..

So that means because ive started my new job (with no advance facility available) I will no longer have any money until my 1st pay at Hilton, meaning, i cant get my hair cut (which it needs) I cant buy my mum a present, cant get any new trousers for work, pay for staff taxis or get my buss pass for the month, pretty much in the **** right now..

Need to get it off my chest before i explode, my own fault for going for a temp job at Abbey in the 1st place, and even more my fault for not saying enough to see me through any hard times.

Im pretty scared right about now, dont know what im going to do, and i know for a fact my bank cant do anything :)

And i owe a guy from MM £5, that will be taken care of though luckily enough.

Not sure really who i can borrow from and there isnt an advance facility at work.

Theres only 2 people who could loan me it and i dont wana ask either..

Im kind of in negative credit, my dad made us move around a lot and then ive found that hes applied for things in my name.. Not only that, ive been with Barclays around 2-3 months.
 
I have been in this situation once before a few years ago - you are right, your bank will generally be unsympathetic and unable/unwilling to help. I went to my mother, explained the situation, she bailed me out until I got paid, I paid her back. I never really ask her for anything and she knows I wouldn't have asked unless it was important.

I think im going to have to ask her to be honest, there isnt much else i can do AT all..

The thing is though, shes a single parent, she works all week for the police and dosnt get much from it, she has a car and house to pay for and my little sister, she needed my board this week, nevermind me borrowing from her.

Im gonna start saving from now on, 100 a month or something, just incase this ever happens again.. The thing is, my last job missed my pay for a week and i had to break into my savings, 3 weeks later they let me go which is where i am now. Im gonna have to talk to my boss today and everything, tell her my situation, tell her much trouble im in.

Probably not much help to you now, but this is where credit cards can be very useful - getting you over short-term cash flow problems.
 
Your dad set up credit in your name???? what kind of person does that?
And you don't have many trustworthy friends that work?
Blimey, sounds like you're on the wrong side of the tracks my friends.

I suppose other than trying to get a quick temping cash job, not sure what else you could do tbh. Anything you can sell to make up your shortfall? (not drugs though, lol)

Last week i payed aprils and mays bills because i knew i was going to have a few weeks without any money.

Ive just rung the agency i was with and they said i should have been payed today.. A weeks holiday pay, they are looking into it but i need the money pretty much within the next 3 hours before i leave for work.

Well i do have friends, ive asked 2 who could possibly have and they dont, ive asked my best mate but no reply as of yet, and ive asked my mum but shes working at the moment in the office so not sure what i can do.

Kellys just rung me back and told me it was paid last week, which dosnt add up right but she said i hadnt acrued the full weeks worth of holidays so it was taken off my wage..

Brilliant.
