I don't think it was a loophole, just a good deal that's probably sold out their stock of the games.

the gta4 pack is still available and the ps3 with the same bundle is still available.

my theory: accidental double bundle.

edit: my mistake. looks like you're right. it still says " Hooray great bundle - See Below" but there's nothing below.

edit2: and it's back again.
