Nah, you can use the rhino and mamooth to crush buildings and walls in sieges which is just an extra option.
I'll be getting free rhino from my pre-order.

UK does get the 3 day head start for all pre-orders, some retailers have not updated there site to show this yet, but it has been officially confirmed.
I have pre-ordered as well :)
 
IMO the days of Pre ordering in the UK are pointless, the state of royal mail (i wish my favorite supplier would dump this mob) is a joke and id sooner wait till release day to drive down the shops and grab a copy... if i miss out on my lvl26 unicorn pony with 5 legs i wont be dissapointed as the chinese gold farmer is currently at the ready for all my shopping needs :)
 
Normally i would agree with you m8, I don't normally pre-order any more.
But in this case the 3 day head start is just too tempting, as I have that week off work :)
I am sure there will a few days grace period to allow for delivery of retail box, as there has been in previous MMO's that have offered an early access.

I haven't touched the beta for absolute ages, but I'll probably be pre-ordering...still not sure. Of course, the fact I have no PC at the moment is making my decision fairly easy ;)

I should go look up some more stuff - been a while...


edit: damn you all for making me spend my money. I've now pre-ordered :D good incentive for me to fix my PC.

I dunno about that but they are meant to be PvP mounts. The mammoth is better in battle but slower than the Rhino. Horses are the third type of mount and faster than both.
 
meh i never had a chance to play , i got a key and everything so i guess that says it all "no mmos for me" :D
