Hilarious that some people think you're not entitled to a refund! Fact of the matter is, you asked for one thing, were given something different and therefore under the SOGA you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, as they cannot offer a replacement then a refund it is, NOT a credit note.

i had 4 of them there and gave it some welly! they just kept saying they could not do it, and were not allowed too.
no cos i asked for a 12, she then took the box around to the til. You have to have a little trust and faith
they have nothing else i would want or need plus, i don't want to spend in that shop. With there 'credit note system' they must make soooooo much money as no one ever gets there money back from the store once they buy something.
