After all the moans coming out of West London in regards to Wigan, I really hope Bolton spring a surprise

(Why not concerntrate on your own game and let the other fixtures sort themselves out)

Obviously not the right thread for it but as Ripper is slacking with his **spoiler** duties this week what are these moans exactly?:)

Just in reference to hoping Wigan give Utd a proper game, try their hardest etc etc etc, waiting for Utd to slip up blah blah blah

(Im all for teams saying ohh we can beat X at the next match, but going on about who your rivals are playing just makes it pretty pathetic if you ask me)

I haven't heard that sort of stuff from anyone connected with the club, in fact Grant and Terry said:
And the Israeli insists United will not have it all their own way against Wigan. He added: "The advantage is with them but it will not be easy at Wigan."

That sentiment was echoed by Blues captain John Terry, who said: "I think Wigan will do the Premier League justice.

"Wigan are safe now but with a great manager like Steve Bruce they are going to go for it.
which is hardly pathetic or if it is then Fergie is just as pathetic for his similar comments before the Newcastle game:
"The way Chelsea have been talking is that it'll be easy up there - but we know that's not the case

Carvalho told the Daily Mirror: "They will have more pressure on them this Sunday than us because nearly everyone believes the title is already United's.

"Cristiano is their big star but he is human too and he could fail under all the expectation.

"Miracles do happen. I am just hoping Wigan take all three points and that leaves us to beat Bolton. I am convinced we will beat Bolton, so the key to the title will be at Wigan."

Not really what I would call concerntrating on the game he is playing in now is it?

Thats just one of many

Hardly moaning is he? plus he says he's convinced we'll beat Bolton, that is the game he's playing in you know.
What do you think about what Fergie said pre Newcastle game? That's in exactly the same vein are you're complaining about.

Can you try and find some of these moans for me as I can't find any :/

He is talking about CR only being human - absolutely FA to do with his match
(75% of his quote was about the other game, as per every other chelsea PLAYER thats been talking for the last week or so) - Pressure is all on Utd blah blah blah - Ballack, Terry have all been carrying on the same way

Fergie and every other manager has done the same for years - and you expect it of managers - players doing it over and over again gets a bit much

You're just making it up for sensationalist purposes aren't you, what moans have Ballack and Terry come out with?

If thats what you think fair enough - quotes are out there if you want to read them (only seen them in printed media so far for Ballack and Terry)

Barclays Premier League
Birmingham v Blackburn, 15:00 (Sky Sports)
Chelsea v Bolton, 15:00 (Sky Sports)
Derby v Reading, 15:00
Everton v Newcastle, 15:00
Middlesbrough v Man City, 15:00
Portsmouth v Fulham, 15:00
Sunderland v Arsenal, 15:00
Tottenham v Liverpool, 15:00
West Ham v Aston Villa, 15:00
Wigan v Man Utd, 15:00 (Sky Sports)

Playoff first legs also taking place afaik.

Rooney is doubtful (has to be more to it than a simple bruise as its been a couple of weeks now). Therefore I see us lining up as follows:

VdS
Brown - Ferdinand - Vidic - Evra
Ronaldo - Hargreaves - Carrick - Scholes - Giggs
Tevez

Alternatives are Anderson into midfield for someone, however I don't see any of those three getting dropped, or Park out wide for Giggs. Alternatively Fergie may plump to leave Vidic out and continue with the same defence, meaning Anderson could come into midfield in place of Hargreaves.

All the talk in the media this week has been about whether or not Wigan will be up for it, yet (as Fergie has said today) nobody has so much as mentioned Bolton. Media seem to be dead against us winning the title but thats fair enough.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I moved all those posts out of the predictions thread to clean it up, forgot it'll put them ahead of your OP, sorry mate:p

I've read nothing of the sort so I will stick to thinking that you made it up until you can prove otherwise:)

I think Chelsea will stick to their side of the bargain by beating Bolton but Man.U. won't drop points at Wigan, they can win the PL in the first 20 mins of the game and I fully expect them to do that. They'll tear Wigan apart right from the start much as they did to WHU.
As it's been for a while now it's only Man.U's to lose so they're the ones under pressure which could cause them to fail I guess but it's unlikely:)

Lol, I feel like i've carried a huge weight on my shoulders this season. Hopefully next season others will chip in :p

so just because you havent seen it means I HAVE to be making it up

As I have stated its in the printed press apart from the Carvalho post which I have already posted (and they are all along the same lines all talking about Wigan and hardly if at all mentioning Bolton)

VdS
Brown - Ferdinand - Vidic - Evra
Ronaldo - Hargreaves - Carrick - Scholes - Giggs
Tevez

.

Fully expect Vidic to start to get match practice for Moscow - think above team is spot on even though it frightens me with the possibilities of Giggs starting a crucial match

Giggs will play some part in both matches we have left. Then I fully expect him to retire or move on.

Turns out City could be in Europe next year based on the fair play shenanigans.

All I've asked for is copy of Chelsea players moaning about the Wigan game or anyone "hoping Wigan give Utd a proper game, try their hardest etc etc etc, waiting for Utd to slip up blah blah blah"
I've read most back pages and websites and listened to most interviews as obviously I'm very excited about the game and I haven't once come across it, especially from Ballack or Terry as you claim.
