Ok, bear with me....
Was just thinking while on the bog, Videos are just a load of still images. Although they may be refered to as 'moving images' they are infact stationary, just a succession of different images shown at speed to create the illusion of movement. So, if that is so, at what point does a succession of images become a video? I can make a game play at 6 frames a second, yet still call it a 'video' game, but then would I call me clicking through 6 pictures on my pc a second a video, or just images?
Is a flick book a video? Is 24 random pictures not connected played every second a video? Basically, is there such thing as video or is it just a series of images shown at speed. Is Video a media in itself, or simply the term used to define high speed stationary images?
Discuss if you want, ignore if not
