Football *Spoilers* 11th May

Not only has it hit his arm, he's leaning into it.

Picture for anyone who hasn't seen it:

it amazes me when Ferguson complains about decisions because there's no way in hell it evens out for them, they're ahead a country mile just like today.

Ferdinand avoids a certain penalty with his arm and Rooney get's a controversial penalty, unbelievable!!!

o'yeh and i forgot about Scholes tackle also lol.

some jokers in this thread...

with the ferdinand incident, when i first saw it, i thought wow nice header. it was nowhere near clear cut as some people are making out

rooney pen was easy decision

and scholes? he put his arm across and the dude fell down like he had been shot. even if it was a foul, it definately didnt warrant a 2nd yellow to be sent off, its not as if it was a goal chance

Ferdinand one was a penalty, ref got it wrong.
Rooney one was a penalty, ref got it right.
Scholes' tackle was a 2nd yellow, ref got it wrong.

I agree.

I love it when decisions go for United, everyone else just whinges at moans like babies.

For anyone moaning that 5Live is lagging behind. Don't use the Windows Media Player version, I've just tried it and it seems to be a good few minutes behind.

The reason I'm always saying it's fine is I'm using the Real Player link :)

Update on John Terry, 5Live are saying he's broken his arm. Not sounding good at all.

Last day of the season, United in pole position. Did anyone really expect anything other than a load of jokers who support other less successful teams coming in here talking crap?

some fanboys in this thread also :o

scholes put his arm across??? he took the guy out and was 5 feet from touching the ball....talk about being biased

hahaha i love it.

They were both certain penalties. Ferdinand handled it and Rooney was hacked down. Rooneys was also a goal scoring opportunity so the Wigan player should have been off the same as Scholes.

Don't speak sense mate the Manc lovers won't like it.

I'm not being funny, but those sort of calls (top of the arm/shoulder) go for and against each week.

How dare you. Don't you know it's only when United are involved that the ref misses decisions like this for the opposition. ;)

1556: As it stands, Fulham are on their way down but if Manchester City pick up a few more cards, they could qualify for the Uefa Cup via the Fair Play League so, swings and roundabouts...

:D

Que the claims United being favoured a longer half time bias because they are supposed to kick off at the same time

If only Liverpool were less successful. Ohh yeah titles before the Premiership started don't count.
