A thread to make you hungry, what do you normally eat for breakfast or do you skip it entirely? Just made a nice bacon sandwich with 4 rashers and thick white bread, mmm. :)

Now it's off to get some sleep as in my world, it's 'bedtime'. :o

I walk to work, takes 45 mins, then coffee, fruited tea cake and a banana. Find this helps me loose weight and the food keeps me going till lunch time. I am not a believer in eat as soon as you get up, but each to there own.

cereal, pizza, last nights dinner leftovers (cook a lot), noodles, fryup, other rubbish, microwavable readymeal... depends what I have and what I feel like having when I get up. No set meal times so sometimes I'll have dinner early then cereal in the evening.

Boiled egg and soldiers this morning :)

Edit: Just had a second breakfast, you lot made me fancy some weetabix.

I always have breakfast, without fail.

I have scambled eggs on toast at least 3 times a week. With a big bowl of cereals or porridge, a fruit of some kind (banana, apple...), maybe some yoghurt, a slice or two of toasted bread with some butter & jam/peanut butter/marmalade.

i don't really have time in the morning for anything more grand than that. But I tend to have a second breakfast at work at around 8-9am (I'm at work just after 6am). So with my 2nd breakfast (shake with oats, milk, whey, or a fruit smoothie, a yoghurt & nuts etc...) that'll contribute to a decent calorie intake for the time of day (I hit around 3-3.2k cals / day) - which is an important time of the day to be taking calories in.

I'm a student, so whatever I can lay my hands on. :p

Was an apple and some nuts today lol. Probably not the best preparation for an exam. :o:p
