Cop simulator or cop vs robber car games?

Yeah they were. I really enjoyed the 1st non vga one, the vga enhanced one i didnt care for tho i duno why probably cos they ruined it with 3d and rubbish car bits.

Might try the others as i do have the collection i just never bothered to play any yet.
 
The guys who made Crackdown (Realtime Worlds) are making an cops/robbers MMO called 'APB' (All Points Bulletin)

Would be one to keep an eye on.

Can't think of anything in the way of PC games though.
 
Prefer a single player experiance. Multiplayer would be bad with ppl going crazy not following rules or ways to do things. Thats why i didnt like the cop vs robber servers on gta sa multiplayer.
 
would be good to mod gta 3 to do something like what you describe . though i dont have a clue how to mod gta 3 so i cant help there. gta 3 engine seems perfect. you can even use a cheat to change your character to a police man ... hence why i was messing around on it pretending i was police.

Awesome fun, still the best NFS imo :)
 
I wana actually arrest ppl in a game tho so things like maxpayne etc are just undercover cop games which i dont want i want like standard cop with standard weapons not some shotgun or uzi crap. :p
 
Don't laugh but I actually thought Driv3r wasn't too bad. It has a good cinematic storyline and some of the missions are good fun.

Admittedly, it is a blatant console port, complete with dodgy controls (unable to remap during a mission, not so great when you realise you can't control a crane!), a few bugs/scripting errors and poor AI - but for the most part the storyline and varied levels keeps things ticking along.
 
Lol i aint played APB in YEARS. Totally forgot about that. I think i liked it as well. Thx for the reminder of the memory.

Hmm there remaking APB but its nothing like i remember it and its a mmo lol. vid
