PC Games drought :(

yet again we have another person who has somehow come to the conclusion that if he/she doesn't know about it then it doesn't exist... instead of making pointless threads why not actually just go and look at whats coming out this year and whats in development for the next 2-3 years?

Its a forum, its for discussion and opinion. I am looking at the near future not 2-3yrs down the line. Releases change so frequently that there is no certainty of such titles being produced.

usually pc releases coming out autumn or winter because people intend to be at home in those months with cold weather outside so they buy games and play them as for summer im quite happy that grid will be out and age of conan should take long hours to get till the end.

if u invest in conan i think it should keep you going for 6 months

Right, so as has been listed in this thread, theres plenty coming out in the near future. Just because you don't know about it or don't like them doesn't change that.

And yes, this is a forum... so why didn't you use the search function and post in the other threads about this? Christ you could have just clicked back a couple of pages and hit this very thread by another equally misinformed poster.

Also on the exclusive FPS games that dominate the PC format, can you list the great gamut of these?

This thread is made of total fail. There should be a short suspension for people who make threads like these, until such a time when games actually are drying up and they have something to whinge about.

The last twelve months have been absolutely awesome for PC gaming and this year has a lot coming.

It's not snoozing it's off in the shed tinkering with a new invention !:p

Hopefully that invention will be complete voice control in Tom Clancys EndWar, cause I really want to just shout 'ATTACK!!!' down a microphone and watch all my electronical men get ripped to pieces and dying....

Just me?? Ok carry on....

you always this much fun?

it always happens when the next-gen consoles are released, the devs rush over to milk the console-cash-cow for all its worth and then return to PC development when the frenzy has died down.

Hold tight - it will blow over.

That's right ! In fact we also have the news that it has bought at least developer into the PC gaming fold, from those nex-gen consoles, Criterion Studios (of Burnout fame). :D

I had SOCOM 1 on my PS2 ages ago, but I kinda then sat on the headset  and have now left my console playing days for good :D

Looking forward to the new STALKER and Far Cry 2. We've had a busy Winter of PC games so a bit of a slow down helps me catch up on some of the titles I've not had time for :)
