Has anyone else seen this?

Link Here

Watched it earlier on myself and thought it was actually pretty good - Its from Neil Marshall the same guy responsible for Dog Soldiers the main protagonist is Rona Mitra (Ex Lara Croft) and she's still hot imo.

No spoilers (from me anyway) just wondered what anyone else thought of it?

thought it was kinda amusing sometimes but i was quite tired whilst watching it, Im not sure if i missed parts of the story to be honest..

Just reminded me of all the other movies of this genre type. Protagonist is hot, thought I recognised her from Shooter

Saw it last night - thought it was pretty damn good tbh!

But some of it was just wrong - did anyone else think 'the prodigy' as soon as u first saw glimpses of the Glaswegians?!

awesome awesome car chase though!

edit: yes Rhona Mitra was damn hot - shes got such class.

Definitely pays homage to the 80's post apocalypse movies. I thought it was great, cracking humour in it at parts and good quality accents ;).

Found it was easy to watch, but all i kept thinking was mad max in scotland. But was ok for a sunday afternoon watch.

It just seemed to pick bits out of different movies from 28 days later, to escape to new york, to mad max, to frikkin lord of the rings!

At first I thought it was quite a nice if flawed throwback to dumb 80's action films, but towards the end when it seemed to be a cut and paste job taking actions verbatim from other (better) films, all without a knowing wink or aside to convey to the audience that the filmmakers knew they were doing it.

Complete Cluster**** if you ask me.

And I wonder how much money VAG supplied for the shameless Bentley advert that makes up the last 15 minutes or so

just got back from watching this, really enojoyed it :)

i like a gory film with humour in it, does spin off on a couple of weird tangents, a good watch though

If you want something brainless watch Shoot 'Em Up - infinitely better than this...

Average at best even with the low bar its aiming at...

ps3ud0

hmm must have had a pretty low special effects budget, glasgow looks exactly the same as it does this morning :)

a bit crgingeworthy but funny nonetheless

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Cheesy, but not in a funny way, it pays improper homage and it's terribly written and directed. Basically avoid it, unless you like terrible terrible movies.
