Exeter Explosions
Princesshay in Exeter's been evacuated after an explosion in the shopping centre this lunchtime
People at the scene have reported two explosions in Nando's restaurant, and in Giraffe's as well, there's claims it was nail bombs that went off, but police say it's too early to say exactly what happened at the moment.
The police have just sent an update, confirming there has been an explosion, and asking people to avoid the area.
