me and my ex split up 2years ago and we havent spoken a word since, she lives 100miles away and weve both got on with our lives now and moved on (i assume she has)

we ended on bad terms at which both of us to blame. shes still on my msn and ive even noticed her on facebook as all our mates are same but i havent added her.

would you say hello or not? drop her an email or something.

i can understand the OP... me and the ex were good friends before we got together.. anyway we split up and a year later no contact at all. To be honest sometimes i think women pretend to be friends but use it as a prelude for getting in your pants. And of course when the relationship goes pear-shaped they forget all about the friendship..

but anyway enuff about me
