You started the thread as spam, then edit it when we react.

Then you tell us what to do when it all goes Pete Tong?

Child.... honestly ;)

Edit: As for me leaving school it was great, but nostalgic. to answer your edited question!

Come on guys, give the lad a break. He's obviously got mixed emotions at effectively finishing compulsory schooling. I expect when most of us finished Y11 it seemed like a big deal.

Enjoy the long summer :)

Ive now offically finished year 11, but got a few exams.

What a strange feeling, im happy and sad. What a big change 6th form will be in some respects.

How did you guys feel when you left school?

Year 11 to 6th form?

There isn't any change at all really, just less subjects and restrictions.

I finished 6th form on the 16th so I now have months off with no idea what to do with them.

Who are you to tell us what to do

Leaving Year 11 isn't a life changing movement, unless you fail everything.

At the time it certainly feels as though it's a momentus occasion; and to be fair, it can be quite life changing, particularly if all your friends disperse to different colleges etc. It is also, afterall, the end of 'normal' school for a lot of people.

All my teachers say that gcses are really important and play a part in the rest of your life, do you agree?

Another thing i found it people have grown up loads in the last few weeks, its so strange, they used to be idiots.

They allow you to do the right A levels. Beyond that, no.

A levels allow you to go to university, beyond that your degree is more important.

Sounds like they left you in the dust.

Will goin to 6th form and then uni help me much in later life as i dont like the idea of having those student loans to pay back...

If you want to continue in education I wouldn't let the costs deter you. As far as I know the weekly repayments for student loans are relatively insignificant with respect to your overall earnings, plus it will probably be the cheapest credit you'll get in your lifetime and well-worth exploiting even if you don't need it.

Ive finished my lasy year of high school. Next 2 years i will go to 6th form and do as and a levels, just like high school but a higher level of education, then hopefully uni.

So, you guys do 4 years at high school(GCSE), then another 2 years at a separate school(A Levels) then Uni? We just do 4(Standard Grade) to 6(Highers) years at the same high school.

ive just left all my friends behind after finishing a year training with them, being with them pretty much 24/7 and now im moving to norfolk alone, should be fun :D
