what link was you reading ?, I've just skimmed though the first ten pages and pretty much 99% of every link are calling it a 360 exclusive, 1% are calling it a 360/PC exclusive, no one is calling it a PC exclusive in it's own right, let me break it down,

99% 360 exclusive
1% 360/PC exclusive
0% PC exclusive

You're missing the point. PC and 360 are different markets. So its a 360 exclusive. But in the other market its a PC exclusive. It just depends what type of fanboy you want to be.

exactly. Hense the 360/PC exclusive title.

If it was a 360/PC exclusive and both were part of the same market, it would not be deemed an exclusive atall now would it :p

Exactly, unless it was it was PS3/PC exclusive. Then all the fanboys would be saying they're the same market and it's not an exclusive.

how are they different markets
they play games
the game is on both its not pc exclusive anymore than it is 360 exclusive
there is a choice to make which format you want to play it on exclusive gives you no choice its really that simple
seems to me 360 supporters just say pc does not count so they can defend the comments from ps3 supporters that they can get most of the best 360 games on pc
much like the ps3 supporters say wii does not count in next gen so they can claim victory

I'm actually with thestig on this one, as i previously stated the fact i own a good PC is directly affecting my wanting to own a 360 due to both tending to get the same games, surely that makes them part of the same market?

Most sensible thing said in the whole thread.

nope, they are not exclusives are they because they have been on console 1st :), you fell into the trap, lol
Since when was bioshock on consoles first???
I see someone already addressed this for me.

This is what I was suspecting too, but I was trying not to be cynical. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and let them explain to me how an exclusive is not an exclusive, but they couldn't seem to.

What? That makes no sense at all?
I'm not a 360 fanboy and it's always been the case.

You'll find Final Fantasy VII is still classed as exclusive to Sony Playstation even though it's on PC. That was the case when it came out and it's the case now. It's not just one sided. You've been pedantic then ridiculous all in one thread. A little bit of intelligence goes a long way.
