finished sopranos what next

The Wire, really hilarious at times and very, very violent..like The Sopranos.

Avoid Prison Break, show has gone downhill majorly since season 3.

Las Vegas

Brilliant TV series, had me hooked untill the writers strike!

24

As said above Prison break is going down hill so much I stopped watching it.

After 24 I would say watch Jericho, Lost, The Unit, The Shield, The Wire. In that order too :).

24, then Lost - Series 4 is quality, there's a fair few duff episodes, but it's really on form now.

If you want a bit of light relief, the US version of the Office is brilliant, possibly even eclipsing the original. 30 Rock is another hugely underrated show over here, check out Reaper as well.

Supernatural - it's about two brothers who hunt demons, I like it good show :)

Dexter - show about a forensics expert who exacts his own style of justice on criminals who get away with murder

And then ofc all the shows people have already mentioned such as Lost, Heroes, Prison Break.

I don't watch much Anima but found the following quite good:

Bleach - show about a guy who becomes a Shinigami (Death God) and fights Hollows

Death Note - This show is about a student who finds a book that you can write the name of anyone into while picturing their face and they will die, the guy is pretty smart and outsmarts law enforcement to evade capture to keep things interesting :p

Buy and watch Oz. Makes the Sopranos look like kiddies TV. Pretty sure you can get all the Box Sets pretty these days from the usual suspects.

Entourage.

100% comedy, super shard script, super hot women, and everything Ari Gold says is well...Gold.

Btw Prison break season 1 is ok, rest are bullox (I have them all)

And same with 24...yawn

Band of Brothers (Fantastic)
Brotherhood
Heroes
24
Weeds

some good stuff there, can i ask bony when you mention brotherood do you mean the korean film (tageukgi) if so i can highly reccomend it. a friend bought me that particular film for my birthday, one of the best films ive ever seen.

Death Note - This show is about a student who finds a book that you can write the name of anyone into while picturing their face and they will die, the guy is pretty smart and outsmarts law enforcement to evade capture to keep things interesting :p

Death Note gets absolutely bloody retarded after about 10 episodes. The second season was terrible.

i may have to get 'the wire'

is it really gritty and violent?

It's the grittiest thing you'll ever see. It's basically a dramatised documentary. And it can be very violent in places too.

Edit:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=GvVLJIJIOJw

That's one of the characters in one of the later episodes. She explains her life, and then says that the The Wire is exactly how it is in real life. (Just to show you the realism)
