So whats your hobby?

What kind of prices are you looking at for a 'session' of shooting?? And what does that price include etc please? :)

Off the top of my head I would say about £40-50 for a session with an instructor inc. gun hire, cartridges and clays.

I used to do a lot of CPSA registered shooting which is/was £37.50 an entry (usually 100 clays). Often we would go to two competitions on the same day.
The cartridges I normally use are £192 per 1000 now and they were £160 per 1000 not so long ago.
Then there is petrol on top of that driving all around the country to different competitions.
Add some food and drinks as well.
So I could easily spend over £100 shooting on a Sunday now!

I’m shooting tomorrow just for fun and it will cost me £27 for the clays (100), roughly £20 in cartridges and 40mi petrol.

How come pal?

a lot of the waters round where i live have become private (lakes and ponds) and the owners think that £50ish is a fair price, lol for fishing crap yes it might be for some of them that they have in them but with so many restrictions its just not worth it :( last big one i had was a 42lb mirror carp which was just amazing

Word.

I love music more than anything else in the world, it just fascinates me how it can make you feel, it's amazing, ****** amazing seriously, I love it all, some days I'll fall asleep to 'Agnus Dei', wake up to 'Ayla' (Tiesto), rock it at work to 'Valley of the Damned' (Dragonforce, walk home from work with a smile on my face listening to 'Diamond Day' (vashti bunyan) and then settle into the evening with some old school 'Cafe Del Mar' :D.

If you'd asked 4 or 5 years ago I'd have said computers without hesitation but the amount I've been doing with them has decreased over the years, (doing it all day at work can put you off a bit and now I only provide help to immediate family and a few close friends).

Now, whilst I am interested in computers, I find myself doing more reading, listening to music and watching films and anime, the latter I have a reasonably sized collection of and spend kite a bit of time (and money) getting hold of DVD/CD/merchandise from around the world ..

Just got myself a Jet Ski and into that big time as I live next to the sea and finding it amazing now i'm into wave jumping ;)

Im my spare time im normally either out on the bike or washing it. Thats usually at the weekends. Dont have the time through the week to give it a good wash.

Usually launch from Brixham or Paignton. Yeah the XP is a beast 1000cc. Bought for 3 of us to share but with more than 1 person it's very very unstable. But so much fun!!!
