Steam offers now 20 Eidos games that are available on Steam individually for $390 as a one package with a $99 pricetag. The included games are: Battlestations: Midway, Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines, Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty, Commandos 2: Men of Courage, Commandos 3: Destination Berlin, Commandos: Strike Force, Conflict: Denied Ops, Deus Ex: Game of the Year Edition, Deus Ex: Invisible War, Hitman: Codename 47, Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Hitman: Blood Money, Infernal, Just Cause, Kane and Lynch: Dead Men, Project: Snowblind, Rogue Trooper, Thief: Deadly Shadows, Tomb Raider: Anniversary, Tomb Raider: Legend.

That is a great deal overall. Too bad I have probably half of those games already (maybe more than half), and some of the rest don't particularly interest me. If only more companies did this too with their older games...

It's a shame Thief Gold and 2 aren't included, good deal overall though. I've always wanted to try the Commandos and Hitman games, been meaning to play the new Tomb Raider games for a while now as well.

Loads of filler there. Deus Ex and Invisible War in Sold-Out white label boxes cost less than £2.50 each these days. Commandos Pack is £4.99 re-release for ages now, Hitman Tripple Pack is on £11.50 release as well. Which means you pay remaining £50 after conversion and VAT for a few bad console ports and old B games...

Unfortunately true.

Finding some the older classics at the best price with free delivery may be tough though. I'm vaguely tempted as the only games from that list I've played are the two Deus Ex games, and the demo of Commandos or Commandos 2, I forget which, it was bloody hard though!

At the end of the day though I think these bumper packs can be a bit deceptive, they look appealing on first glance (say a few games you want, plus all the rest as a bonus) but then you have to ask yourself how many of the games you are really gonna sit down and play properly.

Guess it must be something like a 40gig download/install?

Some of those games are well old though, they would be budget prices on console too. After tax it probably works out at around £60, so the question to ask yourself is how many of the games you really want. Personally I'm quite keen to try:

-Project Snowblind, due to the Deus Ex links
-Hitman Blood Money, and the prequels if I like it
-Infernal, regarded as better than FEAR by some
-Tomb Raider Anniversary, as I haven't played any of the series since TR3.
-Thief:DS, due to the series' reputation

ahhh some of the games on there are classics but i know i wouldnt play them. So i think ill just buy the Commandos Series except the FPS one... that was the biggest let down ever!!!!!!!!! Wasnt even commandos....

Rogue Trooper is worth a play although I don't think that pack is worth $99.

$60 dollars I might be tempted, even if I have already played some of them.

yeah its a good deal, still think you can get things cheaper anyway buying them seprate
