On a lighter note - relax. Take a driving break which'll probably do you the world of good. Blag lifts of family and friends and before you know it you'll be back in the hot seat again.

You are not covered by traders insurance unless it has the traders red and white plates on it. If you drive it you have to insure it. Simple. You are never going to be allowed to drive a car under traders plates unless you work for the firm. Should have sorted out your insurance when you decided to buy car.

So, you didn't arrange insurance because the trader said he'd cover you?

Or is it that you didn't arrange insurance full stop because it was expensive?
