I wouldn't say Henry did it consistently. And if Henry is above Ronaldo its only because of time, give Ronaldo 3-4 more seasons and he'd easily out class him in terms of stats.

I doubt it.

In 369 games for Arsenal Henry had 237 goals and 82 assists

In 238 games for Man Utd Ronaldo has 92 goals and 43 assists

So in 131 games he needs 145 goals and 39 assits. Assists should be easy, but I don't see that many goals! Anyway he'll be at Real Madrid soon :p

Oh and stats mean nothing ;)

I speak from opinion and facts. And I also said Maldini was the best player to lace up a set of boots, so your sarcasm is very much misplaced.

Henry was woeful in his last season, in fact, ever since his injury. When he joined Arsenal he couldn't hit a barn door. I never said Henry wasn't a brilliant player, he was, but he's been surpassed by Ronaldo who has blown away any EPL player.

I was talking more awards and achievements actually. Obviously Ronaldo isn't going to score has many goals because, and this may come as a shock to you, he's not a striker!!
 
You also won't find a Man Utd fan who agrees that Ronaldo gets enough assists, certainly this season gone, because he doesn't and should get a lot more.
 
Henry never produced anything close to what Ronaldo did last season however Henry was one of the best players in the world for 5-6 seasons compared to Ronaldo's 2. Imo Ronaldo will have to play at a top standard for another few seasons before he's regarded higher than Henry.
 
Henry was already surpassed by Fabregas for me in the latter couple of seasons. Before that Vieira, I would say Henry was certainly in the top 2 players in the world for around 2 seasons though and in the top 3 in the EPL for 3-5 seasons.

Not by a long shot. Schmeichel, its hard to compare, perhaps even at the moment.
But Cech isnt in Buffons league. Cechs good, very good. But Buffon is just amazing. He is the best in the world by a long way at the moment.

More than one season. Easyily 2 seasons of pure quality, 3 could be argued.

For me Henry's been the best player to have played in the EPL. Like i said previously, last season Ronaldo was better than any season from Henry but he was consistenly one of the best players in the league (and world) for a long time.

As for Nokkon's Ronaldo (long necked Portugeuse version) vs Henry diatribe, the main difference is that Henry has played for the biggest club in World :D

lol, not at all. People are entitled to their own opinions, but some people have clearly gone to great lengths to pick players from outside the EPL as opposed to possibly picking someone from a rival.

I've had grief in this thread over Ronaldo from Hlebio, where if he looked, he wasn't even in my list for example.
