BFG RMA Service

Hi,

I'm just wondering how good the BFG replacement service is?

How long does it take, do they come and pick the broken card up?

I've had to send my BFG products off, but after a bit of moaning on my behalf, they refunded this.

Never had one take longer than 1 week from the day i 1st contacetd BFG.

One of the better RMA services in my experience.

Never got a working replacement for a 7800GTX after 3 tries, having to waste money on SD postage each time. Making a complaint got no response.

They are pretty good by all accounts, only takes them about a week roughly, i think you send the card, only goes to somewhere in Wales.

Perhaps I got unlucky, but that was still very disappointing.
