guys

anyone know a program that will allow a ps2 to be connected to my gfx card and display on my monitor?.

Im not talking emulators or anything like that, but im sure i read that was a program that would take a signal from my graphics cards input and display on my monitor.

anyone?

You can do it if you graphics card has video in, and it is set up.

I used to run my PS2 into my PC via a TV capture card, on Composite In.

As for apps, any half decent TV capture program will allow you to choose the video card as an input (if the card can do it).

With a PS2 VGA Adapter you can connect your PSX, PS One or PS2 console to a VGA monitor for a much brighter display. The unit features auto switching between TV game or PC connection (you can connect your PC and PS(2) at the same time) and automatic PAL/NTSC detection. Works with all PS, PS One or PS2 consoles world wide.

not exactly what you wanted ( but better if you ask me :P )

cant really give you a link to one - due to fear of linking to competitors

Much better option, but they are around £100 upwards for anything worthwhile getting.

If his graphics card does video in, then he just needs a TV app...off the top of my head I can't think of any decent apps.

If you have an ATI/AMD card then it will likely have AVIVO, which is video in - video out. Mine has it, but due to having the TV card I've never used it. :)
