CORSAIR BEGINS EU/UK RMA PROCESSING

As of June 13, 2008 Corsair is launching its EU/UK RMA processing service. This means it will no longer be necessary for customers in the EU/UK regions to return RMA items to the Corsair headquarters in the United States for RMA service. The Corsair TSX Express system will process the RMAs and provide the user with the proper shipping point in their region. This applies to all Corsair products.

Got an rma number to send it to USA, anyway i can change it Mr Beard?

Yes but, if you can wait a day (due to the time difference in USA and UK) let me check specifically on how to do it. Can you PM your RMA number and/or case number if you have both along with an email address and phone #.

Excellent. I don't think my HX620 is about to pop (amazing PSU tbh) but it's nice to know that support is there. :)

All you need to do now is get OcUK to stock your 4GB (2x2GB) 4-4-4-12 PC6400 kit. ;)

Great news.

Same as Tute, I don't expect my PSU to pop anytime soon but it's nice to know if it does that I don't have to ship it over the states :)

Care to elaborate a bit yellowbeard it's all very well saying uk rma but I have seen a recent corsair rma and the guy states he got an NL address to send it too which is far far from cheap and not worth doing probably.

This was the main reason i haven't invested a lot in Corsair psus cause otherwise they're brill, will get more in in the future now.

Maybe I'm missing the point here, but if your product that you purchased from a UK supplier went pop, then you take it back to them. Why would you have to ship it to the US?
