Waiting for a new car, exciting... maybe

Actually, the only fail is the colour. Evo X in yellow would look awesome. Good choice sir. ;)

I was hoping to get a yellow, but they don't do it in yellow now :( after seeing the white though it was the best choice, I didn't like the red, the black didn't really show the lines/features of the car like I thought it would.

It looks like a mouth breather at the front, but damn I like it from that view all the same! Nice in white.

Nice cars but OUCH at £35k.

And what went wrong in your head for you to go for Supaguard?

I dont know why people let themselves get roped into buying supaguard. When I very nearly bought an Evo, the salesman spent almost as long trying to sell me supaguard as he did the actual car!

Car looks awesome :) look forward to some pictures.

Guy mentioned Supaguard for the Z4..

'Have you thought about Supaguard?'
'One of my keen hobbies is polishing cars..
'Ok thats a no then'

:D

Well I still have time to change my mind on the Supaguard, it's at a cost of £260 (inside and out).

I never really knew about it tbh, but after reading I thought it might be a good idea. I live on the coast, actually a stone throw from the sea so any extra protection can only be good ? that's what I thought anyway....

Total rip-off. They push it so hard because there is some decent coinage for the dealer to be made here. If you *must* have Supagard (I don't know why, much better products out there), save yourself £240 :http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SUPAGARD-SUPERGUARD-FULL-PROTECTION-PACK_W0QQitemZ270248057715QQihZ017QQcategoryZ72201QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

This is the kit they use at the dealers, also includes everything you need for the interior as well.

And that's a lovely motor, the new gearbox is supposed to be sublime. Congratulations and enjoy it. Look forward to hearing about it when you get it.

Yup Supaguard is also known as 98% dealer margin. WASTE OF TIME ALWAYS and if they offer to throw it in ask them to simply take £260 of the price......which they wont of course as it costs them 4p.

That's interesting stuff, the dealers make it sound like it's a professional job that only they can do, sure they said the car is sprayed and needs to be left overnight or something... is it really just like polishing to apply ?

Fett, you say there's some better products out there, can you recommend me one.. if it is as easy as you guys say to apply then £260 is a rip off !

Ohh and I'll give a full review and pics when I get the car.. ofc there's the running in period which is always annoying :(
